We heard the calls at Rad Pride to host an event where we can fill out our end-of-life documents together. We know that sometimes, knowing the papers exist but taking the steps to finalize them can be uncomfortable alone. Please join us at Alder Commons on Saturday, September 14, from 11 am to 1 pm. Where pdx queer death collective and Death Doula Does will walk you through each document and answer FAQs. This session will focus on Oregon and Washington.

Documents available: Oregon Advanced Directive, Appointment of Persons, Oregon Death Certificate Vital Stat Form, Durable Power of Attorney (+WA docs)
